About the role β Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C) for Software Application products/solutions. β Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources. β Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. β Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. β Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations as they are our potential clients. β Meet prospective clients, and execute product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a motive to get conversions. β Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales Opportunities. β Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform. Key Requirements β Any Post Graduation (MBA Preferred) β Willingness to travel on the field on a daily basis. β Should have a vehicle with a valid driving License (DL) β Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday. β Excellent communication (English & regional Language) & interpersonal skills. β Effective presentation and negotiation skills
