Purpose/Objective


    End to end responsible to achieve sales & collection targets of territory. Adhere to credit policy of company. Develop new customers and customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Achieving the targeted Volumes with targeted EBITDA for the territory 2.Develop new customer. 3.Proper understanding the customer needs and Influencing customers 4.Optimum price management. 5. Customer visits, Customer relations with accurate data. 6. Provide sales report and maintain MIS. 7. Market study analysis. 8. Drive sales force to build order book. Achieving targets of Value-Added Products.

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualifications Essential BE/B.Tech/MBA (Sales & Marketing) Desirable/Preferable Candidates with BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical/Electronics/ EXTC/Production/Automobile/Ceramics/Instrumentation will be preferred Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 8 to 12 years Years (Relevant) Seniority (desirable) 8-10 years of experience in Direct sales. Types of Organization Manufacturing (Service industry), RMC, Cement, Paint, Plywood, Tiles, Building sanitary Products Types of Sectors Infrastructure, Building materials industry Variety of experience Min. 8 years working in Sales function Qualitative aspects The individual should be a team player, having high convincing power, target oriented and adaptive to the changing scenarios. A multitasker with ability to withstand pressure the individual should have ability to take challenges.
