We’re already at 4L+ customers, 25k+ charging points, 26+ own Mobility centres across 5

states. Backed by Blume, Micelio, Green Frontier, Anupam Mittal (Shark Tank!) and more.

Now, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO - owning execution,

driving strategic alignment, and unlocking speed across the org.

🚀 What You’ll Do

● CEO’s Force Multiplier – Own weekly leadership cadences, decision tracking, OKRs, and

execution rigour.

● Strategic Projects – Drive high-impact projects across functions (growth, expansion,

fundraising, ops).

● Data & Dashboards – Run performance metrics, CRM hygiene, and sales dashboards to

give CEO real-time visibility.

● Fundraising & Investor Support – Assist in making business models, decks, MIS, and

diligence packs.

● Cross-Functional Alignment – Ensure smooth execution across Sales, Ops, Finance, HR

and more.

● Problem Solving at Speed – Spot gaps, run deep dives, and enable the CEO to act faster.

🧠 What You Bring

● 2–3 years in a fast-paced role (Biz-intelligence, program management, consulting, VC-backed

startup, or similar CoS-type role).

● Sharp with data — Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL (bonus).

● Excellent written & verbal communication.

● A doer. A fixer. Highly organized and outcomes-obsessed.

● B.Tech from a top engineering college (IIT/NIT preferred). MBA is a plus, not a must.
