About the Role

ElectricPe is expanding its EV ecosystem across India through multi-brand EV showrooms, charging solutions, and digital mobility products. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads, generating outbound sales opportunities, guiding customers through EV product options, and booking test rides for ElectricPe Mobility Centres in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ElectricPe’s EV offerings, including scooters, bikes, and mobility solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into showroom visits, test rides, and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge of multiple EV brands and models.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV options.
  • Follow a structured sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion process.
  • Book appointments, test rides, and coordinate with the on-ground sales team.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM (ElectricPe internal tools / Salesforce / Zoho).
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets, conversion KPIs, and sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collect and share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer pain points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of telesales/inside sales experience (EV, automotive, fintech, insurance, consumer tech preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Ability to persuade, convince, and close leads effectively.
  • Good understanding of EV products (training will be provided).
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
