Automation & Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Repair & Maintenance of SCADA, DCS, CNC, and PLC Controlled machines & equipment, such as Robotic Welding Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Laser Processing Machines for Structural Steel Components & other CNC & PLC Controlled machines of the plant .
• Exploring the latest automation systems, available in the market & relevant to the plant. Implement the automated machines & equipment, to improve the Plant Productivity, Product Quality & cost effectiveness.
• Analyze and improve the existing automation systems of the machines & equipment, of the plant.
• Lead the welding automation projects of the plant.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  BE/B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Trained in SCADA, DCS, CNC, and PLC-controlled machines, from approved agency.
• 45 years of hands-on experience in:
• Repair & Maintenance of SCADA, DCS, CNC, and PLC Controlled machines & equipments.
• Automation of Machines & Equipments.
• Working with Automation Agencies / Company having machines with SCADA, DCS, CNC, and PLC-controlled machines.
• Strong preference for candidates with

  experience in welding automation

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
