Job Title: Technical Project Manager Job Location: Ambattur, Chennai Job Description: A Technical Project Manager serves as the bridge between product strategy, engineering execution, and business goals. This role is responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The Technical Project Manager ensures product initiatives align with customer needs and organizational priorities, while also overseeing timelines, resources, and performance metrics. The core responsibility remains in leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring both innovation and execution excellence. Specific Responsibilities: Define and drive product strategy from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals Provide hands-on leadership in software development across the full tech stack to ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, support) to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features Design and oversee product specifications, UI/UX flows, API interactions, and technical requirements Drive the architecture and development of scalable web, mobile, and backend solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery Manage technical resources effectively, plan multiple initiatives, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Mentor and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Present product strategies and milestone updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels Continuously identify process improvements and implement tools/methods to enhance development efficiency and product quality Lead the integration and deployment across product features to drive automation, personalization, and user experience Lead the integration and deployment of solutions including APIs, frontend, and backend componentsto drive automation, personalization, and enhanced user experience. Stay up to date with AI/ML trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies within the product roadmap Key Requirements 15 + years of Relevant Experience in the field. With at least 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment Strong background in software development with hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, model training, and data analytics Experience in driving product strategy and defining roadmaps from concept to launch across full tech stacks (Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems) Solid understanding of product design, UI/UX principles, and collaborating with design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring engineering and product teams Proven track record in owning, delivering, and scaling commercial software products Expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, resource allocation, and prioritization Strong understanding of Design patterns and Programming skills using any one of high-level languages - C#, java, .NET, Knowledge in DevOps processes, using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Bitbucket Strong understanding on front end technologies like AngularJS, Java script, ReactJS, CSS, HTML Python Must-have for AI/ML model development, data processing, and backend logic. OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI – Experience integrating generative AI capabilities using large language models. Azure / AWS / GCP – Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform for deploying scalable AI- driven applications. Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Location: Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and client engagement. Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms to connect with key decision-makers is essential. Prior experience in healthcare technology sales will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and research target industries, key stakeholders, and buyer personas to develop tailored outreach strategies. • Proactively engage prospects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and build a robust pipeline. • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and meetings with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives. Develop compelling use cases and value propositions to address client challenges and align solutions with their needs. Deliver persuasive product pitches, presentations, and demos to showcase the unique benefits of our offerings. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand market presence and identify new opportunities. Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience prospecting in the U.S. market. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to generate leads and secure meetings using LinkedIn and digital outreach tools. • Confidence in conducting product demos and addressing objections with senior-level stakeholders. Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a strong plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
