The Opportunity

Vice President of Business Development

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Tech Sales:

    Lead business development initiatives across SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Expand Market Presence:

    Develop and execute strategies to expand customer relationships, with a strong focus on the US enterprise market.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach:

    Position AI, GenAI, and data insights solutions to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value.
  • Strategic Partnerships:

    Build alliances with cloud providers, technology vendors, and channel partners to strengthen go-to-market opportunities.
  • Enterprise Engagements:

    Manage long-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Sales Infrastructure:

    Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and enablement tools.
  • Team Leadership:

    Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team.
  • Thought Leadership:

    Represent Thub IQ Labs at key industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience

    in technology sales, business development, or enterprise growth leadership roles.
  • Proven success in selling

    SaaS, PaaS, data insights, AI/ML, and GenAI

    solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven transformation, analytics platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Track record of

    closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals

    and managing global client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth in the US enterprise market.
  • Deep network and relationships with technology leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with leading CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
