Job Description: DevOps Engineer (Work from Office - Chennai) Position: DevOps Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai (Work from Office) CTC: Attractive & Competitive (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ensure scalability, security, and cost optimization. Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.). Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments. Implement security best practices for cloud and on-prem environments. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, and Automation. Strong expertise in any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, etc.). Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have: Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes. Job Title: Finance Manager (AP & AR) Job Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Hands-on management of both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Payroll: Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Banking: Oversee banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management. Auditing: Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and analysis. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Handle vendor payments, ACH transactions, and wire transfers. Monitor and track outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections. Maintain and update vendor and customer records, ensuring accurate data entry. Reconcile AP and AR accounts, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues. Prepare cash flow forecasts based on AP and AR cycles. Ensure timely month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Generate and analyze financial reports related to AP, AR, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Assist with financial audits by preparing supporting documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency. Professional Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AP, AR, and general finance operations. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in financial softwares like Tally and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in any of the popular cloud-based accounting softwares like Zoho Books/ FreshBooks Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
