Role Overview: Thub IQ Labs is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead growth strategies in the Data & AI solutions domain. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise partnerships, market expansion, and establishing Thub IQ Labs as a reliable ally for businesses adopting cutting-edge AI and GenAI platforms. Your expertise in technology sales will play a crucial role in this high-impact position reporting directly to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business development initiatives encompassing SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise technology solutions. - Devise and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships, particularly in the US enterprise market. - Advocate AI, GenAI, and data insights solutions to address intricate business challenges and deliver tangible value. - Form strategic alliances with cloud providers, technology vendors, and channel partners to amplify go-to-market opportunities. - Oversee extended enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing high-value deals. - Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and enablement tools. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team. - Represent Thub IQ Labs at prominent industry events, conferences, and forums to bolster brand visibility. Qualifications Required: - Possess 15+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or enterprise growth leadership roles. - Demonstrated success in selling SaaS, PaaS, data insights, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions to large enterprises. - Thorough understanding of data-driven transformation, analytics platforms, and emerging AI technologies. - Proven track record in closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and managing global client relationships. - Track record of driving business growth in the US enterprise market. - Extensive network and relationships with technology leaders such as CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with leading CRM and sales enablement tools. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.,
