Digital Strategy

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for Cinnamon and its diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

• Strengthen digital presence by aligning campaigns with brand goals, positioning, and communication philosophy.

• Work closely with internal teams Creative, Strategy, Production, and Client Servicing to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.

• Drive digital-first thinking within client campaigns, ensuring every idea ladders back to performance and brand intention.


Campaign Management

• Plan, build, and execute omnichannel digital campaigns across social media, web, email, paid media, and automation platforms.

• Oversee content strategy, content calendars, and performance-led creatives tailored to each client’s brand narrative.

• Manage paid media planning and execution (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to deliver strong ROI.

• Ensure all campaigns maintain brand consistency, communication clarity, and meet industry-specific guidelines when required.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and report KPIs across digital channels; provide insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

• Conduct refine audience targeting, and optimize conversion funnels for clients.


Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

• Experiment with new formats (Reels, Shorts, interactive ads, chatbot experiences, landing pages) to elevate client engagement.

• Recommend fresh, creative ideas aligned with Cinnamon’s emphasis on intentional and memorable communication.


Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,, HubSpot, Web CMS tools).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain strategies and insights clearly.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.

• Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
