Responsibilities

• Bring concepts to life across digital & print platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, brochures, pitch decks, event collaterals, etc.)
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and campaign leads to visually elevate ideas
• Create thoughtful brand identities, logos, and design systems
• Understand brand storytelling and visual strategy
• Keep the client's visual language consistent, bold, and timeless
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and creative tech – and bring those inspirations into our work
• Review and refine your work until it’s pitch-perfect (because details matter)

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative/design-focused role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Ability to work both independently and in close-knit creative teams
• Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments (we call it the creative high)
• A portfolio that reflects both thinking and craft – we’d love to see what makes your work uniquely yours

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with motion design, AI-based design tools, or interactive media
• Have a keen eye for culture, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Design motion graphics and short video edits for reels, animations, and social campaigns
