Senior Visualizer

As a Senior Visualizer at Srv Media, you will play a crucial role in translating creative briefs into compelling visual concepts for digital, social, and print campaigns. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas. You will also lead and mentor junior designers, providing them with creative direction and feedback to enhance their skills. Additionally, creating high-quality visuals such as static creatives, social media graphics, ad campaigns, presentations, and brand assets will be a key part of your role. Your role will require you to stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our creative output remains ahead of the curve. It will be essential to maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer in an agency or creative setup. - A strong portfolio showcasing creativity in digital campaigns, branding, and storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign). - Motion graphics/video editing skills are a strong plus. - A keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. - Ability to think conceptually and present ideas effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
