Role Overview As an Event Client Servicing Executive / Sr. Executive , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client mandates —from conceptualization to execution . This role demands a strategic thinker with creative acumen, operational expertise, and people management skills to deliver seamless events aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients across event mandates. Work with leadership to conceptualize, strategize, and design event experiences aligned with client goals. Develop impactful event presentations and pitch decks for meetings. Drive end-to-end event management : planning, production, execution, on-ground operations, and closure. Manage and negotiate with a network of vendors across event requirements. Provide strong production knowledge and practical execution inputs basis scale, budgets, and objectives. Oversee event site operations , ensuring smooth execution, vendor coordination, and problem-solving under pressure. Collaborate with internal design, creative, and production teams to bring themes, ideas, and concepts to life.
