Role Overview

As an Event Client Servicing Executive / Sr. Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the 

    primary point of contact

     for clients across event mandates.
  • Work with leadership to 

    conceptualize, strategize, and design event experiences

     aligned with client goals.
  • Develop impactful 

    event presentations and pitch decks

     for meetings.
  • Drive 

    end-to-end event management

    : planning, production, execution, on-ground operations, and closure.
  • Manage and negotiate with a 

    network of vendors

     across event requirements.
  • Provide strong 

    production knowledge and practical execution inputs

     basis scale, budgets, and objectives.
  • Oversee 

    event site operations

    , ensuring smooth execution, vendor coordination, and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Collaborate with internal design, creative, and production teams to bring 

    themes, ideas, and concepts

     to life.
  • Ensure 

    client servicing excellence

    , timely reporting, and strong relationship management.
  • Manage 

    multiple projects simultaneously

    , balancing strategy with on-ground execution.
  • Lead teams and vendors on-site with strong 

    people management and firefighting skills

     when required.

Eligibility & Experience

  • Experience:

     2–4 years in the Events/Experiential Marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of handling 

    end-to-end event management

  • Strong portfolio of 

    vendor relationships

     and on-ground execution knowledge.
  • Prior experience in 

    Real Estate events

     will be a plus.
