Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs, communication objectives, and deliverables; play a key role in developing aligned communication strategies.
• Conduct secondary research, gather market intelligence, and translate findings into effective brand and communication strategies.
• Facilitate ideation and lead structured brainstorming sessions with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Assist in the development of impactful client presentations and strategic documents.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
• Maintain quality and consistency of creative output in line with the brief, brand tone, and communication objectives.
• Support new business development and pitch presentations.
• Help build structured processes to streamline work and communication flows.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience with Real Estate clients is a

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Strong ideation and strategic thinking abilities.
• Comfortable participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (developing strategy decks, concept notes, internal briefs).
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of design/brand aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
