* Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for campaigns across digital and other brand touchpoints.

* Translate marketing briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling.

* Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide strategic input on creative campaigns.

* Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.

* Mentor and guide junior designers/visualizers to elevate team output.

* Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.

* Provide inputs for visual strategy, brand identity, and overall creative direction.

* Present concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients effectively.

* Hands-on with graphic designing tools and should know how to shoot, create videos and edit the shoot
