We’re looking for an Art Lead who brings character, enthusiasm, and skill into every visual decision, whether it’s for a digital-first brand or a full-blown integrated campaign. If you think beyond aesthetics, understand brand intent, and love mentoring young talent while getting your hands dirty with the craft this might be your next big role. What you'll do ? Lead the visual direction of key brands across digital, print, film, and on-ground Build and oversee the execution of integrated brand campaigns with a distinct design voice Guide and mentor a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers Collaborate closely with strategy and copy teams to develop cohesive, story-driven work Present concepts to clients with clarity, rationale, and a confident creative voice Review and refine work with a sharp eye for detail, brand alignment, and visual impact Stay current with design trends, platforms, and formats but always create work that leads, not follows. Who you are? 8+ years of experience in design and art direction , preferably agency-side A strong portfolio that reflects versatility, craft, and creative problem-solving Proven experience in leading integrated campaigns and brand identities Someone who can translate strategy into bold, purposeful design ideas An inspiring mentor and hands-on doer you lead by example Strong understanding of brand systems, campaign ecosystems, and storytelling through design You bring not just skill, but also character in your thinking and enthusiasm in your process. Bonus point if you Have built case studies, design decks, or pitch visuals that made clients say "yes" Are comfortable art directing shoots, films, and video content Have worked across multiple industries or both consumer and B2B brands Understand motion, UI/UX, or basic animation principles (not mandatory, but a win) Interested?
