As a Senior Client Partner at Wit and Chai Group, you will be a vital connector between clients and our teams, ensuring seamless execution, strategic clarity, and outstanding relationship management. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges. - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer solutions that align with their goals. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to maximize client revenue. Strategic Account Management: 1. Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned clients, aligning agency capabilities with client objectives. 2. Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations. 4. Monitor campaign performance and metrics, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. Team Leadership and Collaboration: 1. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. 3. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
