Senior Client Partner

As a Strategic Engagements, Large Deal Maker at Kyndryl, your role will involve being a Senior Individual Contributor focused on customer acquisition through hunting sales. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, starting from identification and qualification, all the way through contract negotiation and signing. Your primary objective will be to understand customers" business imperatives, effectively communicate Kyndryl's relevance to these imperatives, and utilize consultative selling techniques to position Kyndryl as a key player in the customer's business ecosystem. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and nurturing long-term sustainable relationships with CxOs of assigned strategic new logos. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various departments such as Legal, Pricing, Solutioning, CIC, Global, etc., as necessary to facilitate and successfully close deals exceeding 10 Mn TCV. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer acquisition and hunting sales roles. - Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-building techniques. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
