About the Role

Senior Client Partner

This role is for someone who believes in partnership over servicing, clarity over chaos, and long-term relationships over transactional wins.


What You Will Own


1. Client Leadership & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for key clients, building trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.
  • Understand client business deeply market, brand challenges, competitive landscape—and shape solutions that matter.
  • Present ideas, thinking, and strategies with conviction and clarity.


2. Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving

  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams to translate brand objectives into actionable plans.
  • Bring in cross-functional understanding mainline, digital, E&E, media to offer integrated solutions.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions, not just responses.


3. Campaign & Project Ownership

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery with excellence, timeliness, and profitability.
  • Ensure briefs are sharp, insights are relevant, and creative work stays on strategy.
  • Collaborate with production, copy, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.


4. Business Growth & Upselling

  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and upsell new services from across the group.
  • Work with leadership to forecast, plan, and expand business potential within existing accounts.


5. Team Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Guide and groom Client Partners / Executives to build strong account management foundations.
  • Promote a culture of clear communication, accountability, and mutual respect.
  • Bridge teams creative, design, strategy, production to ensure aligned outcomes.


What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Proven ability to handle mid to large-scale accounts with strategic and creative maturity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to hold both clients and internal teams with confidence.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience across digital, mainline, events & activations, and media is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to upsell, deepen client relationships, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Natural ability to mentor, guide, and inspire younger team members.
