Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 To 18 years of progressive experience in

    IT Sales / Business Development

    within enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT services especially in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive consultative and solution-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Established network of enterprise clients and CXO connects across industries.
  • Experience in handling multi-million-dollar deals and complex engagement models will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Strategy:

    Work with the Head of Sales/Client Partner to define and achieve revenue and profitability goals across multiple service lines.
  • Market Development:

    Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across IT Services, Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity domains.
  • Account Management:

    Strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Develop, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure forecasting accuracy and timely deal closures.
  • Solution Positioning:

    Partner with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft value-driven proposals and responses for RFPs, RFQs, and large deal bids.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position NuSummit as a preferred partner.
  • CXO Engagement:

    Build strong relationships with senior client executives to influence strategic decision-making and long-term partnerships.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    Mentor and guide junior sales executives; foster a culture of accountability and achievement within the sales team.
  • Representation:

    Represent NuSummit at industry events, conferences, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and networking.
