As a Sales Development Representative, you would be trained to represent a large, fast growing UK Technology Business with the go to market being United Kingdom, wherein you will be required to phone pre-qualified B2B leads, use the V4 CRM database, and schedule promising appointments with key decision makers for our sales team to pursue and sell the various technology services we would have on offer. Key Responsibilities: Turn up to work, absorb training/coaching and feedback sessions. Engage with small office home office (SOHO) owners/decision makers, sole traders, etc & be a voice of authority whilst engaging to ensure you display very suave skills in attention, interest, desire, action & closing skills. Ensure appointments are generated or, are valid per the criterion set forth by management. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. Upkeep data in compliance with internal rules and policies via our secured CRM, consistent ratification and productivity review of the same. Upkeep company ethos, disciplinary standards, and rules as set forth in the company manual. Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and appointments generated. Accurately schedule appointments with key decision makers for our sales team to pursue Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to build sales pipeline Pre-requisites: Excellent abilities in English, well read, well spoken. This is a must. Prior experience in sales, especially in the business-to-business marketplace of any kind would aid well, any market, or industry is ok, what matters is evident, prior experience engaged in any high octane B2B sales environment. Prior experience in a local UK Telecoms related operation would be a bonus of course. Passionate about maintaining high standards of professionalism. Preferred educational qualification is a Bachelors, however, is not a must. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
