Senior Client Partner (US Market) :-

Core Responsibilities of a Senior Client Partner:

1. Take Demos & Client Meetings

  • Lead high-quality demos and discovery calls with prospects
  • Understand client pain points and articulate tailored solutions
  • Present product/service value propositions with clarity and confidence

2. Pitch Products & Services

  • Deliver compelling pitches aligned with client needs
  • Position offerings strategically to drive conversions
  • Communicate ROI effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders

3. Manage Follow-Ups & Nurture Pipeline

  • Maintain active follow-up cycles and ensure movement across the sales funnel
  • Warm, nurture, and develop prospects for short- and long-term opportunities • Maintain visibility into each stage of the pipeline

4. Strategic Account Ownership

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with responsibility for retention, satisfaction, and longterm growth
  • Develop quarterly account plans and roadmap recommendations
  • Maintain continuous communication with key client stakeholders

5. CXO-Level Relationship Management

  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with client CXOs, VPs, and senior leaders
  • Ensure clear communication, expectation-setting, and executive alignment
  • Act as the primary point of escalation and trusted advisor

6. Maintain CRM Hygiene & Reporting

  • Update CRM with accurate meeting notes, follow-ups, and pipeline stages
  • Track account progress, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics regularly
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through clean and organized documentation

7. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with delivery, product, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition between sales and service • Troubleshoot issues by aligning internal teams for quick resolution

8. Represent the Company Professionally

  • Act as the face of the company across all client interactions
  • Demonstrate strong communication, business etiquette, and customer empathy • Uphold brand standards in every engagement

9. Train & Mentor Junior Resources

  • Support development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and best practices to strengthen team output
  • Be accountable for the performance and growth of resources reporting to you

10. Conduct QBRs & Strategic Review Meetings

  • Plan and host Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Present progress, insights, performance data, and future strategies
  • Align expectations and strengthen long-term partnerships
