Job Description

You will be working as a Client Principal Partner at Summit, where your main responsibility will be to act as a strategic liaison between Summit and its clients. Your role will involve driving business growth, ensuring successful service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships. To excel in this role, you should deeply understand client business needs and translate them into actionable solutions through Summit's offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships, being the primary contact for strategic business discussions. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop customized programs and solutions aligned with client goals. - Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. - Identify business opportunities and risks within client accounts, lead contract negotiations, and secure renewals and expansions. - Lead strategic account planning, revenue forecasting, and reporting. - Guide clients on industry best practices, digital transformation, and global capability center (GCC) evolution. - Coordinate with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. - 10+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or related roles, preferably in GCC setup or business consulting. - Strong business acumen with a proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex engagements. - Experience with performance evaluation, data analysis, and budgeting is a plus. - Knowledge of the IT services and consulting industry, GCC operations, and digital transformation trends.
