Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale GCC centre in Trivandrum/Kochi . This role demands strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of modern technologies such as AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), React, Spring Framework, and Python. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build high-performing teams, foster innovation, and drive the delivery of scalable and cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow a world-class engineering team focused on delivering high-impact, scalable technology solutions. Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals and product vision. Drive innovation in AI/ML, particularly in areas involving LLMs, vector databases, and other modern AI technologies. Ensure best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and development lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric features. Own the engineering roadmap, resource planning, and performance metrics. Promote a strong engineering culture emphasizing interpersonal skills, communication, and data-driven decision making. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across all systems and services. Evaluate and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments. Deep expertise in AI/ML, including LLMs and vector databases. Strong command of React, Spring Framework, and Python. Solid foundation in software design patterns, architecture, and modern DevOps practices. Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to make decisions grounded in data and business context. Track record of building scalable, secure, and robust platforms/products. Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
