Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team within a fast-paced business consulting environment . The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent across diverse roles. This is a key role that will directly support business growth by driving recruitment efforts across consulting, corporate, and functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, talent needs, and organizational goals. Drive the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks. Engage and build relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and timelines. Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring teams and influence decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly hiring reports and dashboards. Partner with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or fast-paced corporate environments. Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant channels. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
