Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat (On Site)

Job Timing: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Mon to Sat)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of modern recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong employer branding and candidate relationships.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English speaking is Mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments (skills, experience, and culture fit).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recruitment insights and reports on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
