Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for roles.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the process.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or a related field.
Strong understanding of the banking industry's regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
