Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source top-quality talent through LinkedIn, product-based networks, and strategic hiring channels.
Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand roles.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Provide strategic hiring insights, market intelligence, and timelines.
Ensure smooth coordination and interview scheduling.

🔹 Hiring Strategy & Execution

Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche product-engineering roles.
Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer closures.
Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS.

🔹 Process Excellence

Maintain a seamless candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 9–11 years of recruitment experience
