Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from requisition to onboarding — for both internal and external (client) requirements. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies. Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. Handle offer negotiation, prepare offer letters, and ensure candidate acceptance and joining formalities. Initiate and oversee Background Verification (BGV) processes in line with company or client-specific policies. Ensure complete and compliant onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities. Maintain updated and accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management and clients as required.
