Role Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Esteem Auto, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process at our certified IATF 16949:2016 organization. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the timely hiring and alignment of talent to organizational goals. Additionally, you will develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent.
