Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruitment Specialist role located in Lodhika. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities will also include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified talent. The role will play a pivotal part in ensuring timely hiring and alignment of talent to organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment processes
• Strong skills in candidate assessment, negotiation, and relationship management
• Familiarity with modern hiring tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Understanding of recruitment practices in the manufacturing and export industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
