About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organization.



As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fi
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring manager
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding proces
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitmen
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processe
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fair
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement



Eligibility Criteria

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadline
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through a variety of channels
  • Experience in conducting behavioral-based intervie
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
