About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organization. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
