Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company. As a dynamic and proactive Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. - Develop job postings and share them on relevant job portals and social media. - Assist in onboarding and follow-up of new employees. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Recruiter in a recruitment agency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring. - Ability to handle multiple openings and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
