Job title – OOH Team Lead Location – Gurgaon India Role Overview: As the Team Lead for Team Cromwell , you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during out-of-hours shifts. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, maintaining high standards of service, and facilitating effective communication. Responsibilities: Team Support & Supervision: Provide guidance and support to team members during out-of-hours shifts. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (1 to 1’s) with team members to address their needs and concerns. Issue Escalation: Escalate any client or candidate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. Operational Oversight: Monitor overall team performance and adherence to company policies. Manage tasks and handovers effectively. Attendance & Compliance: Report instances of lateness promptly. Ensure that annual leave (A/L) requests are timely while maintaining adequate coverage for out-of-hours shifts. Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service internally (within the team) and externally (with clients and candidates). Performance Metrics: Ensure the team meets weekly and monthly performance targets (stats). Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training to team members. Identify areas where additional training is needed to enhance team performance. Reporting: Prepare and submit out-of-hours (OOH) statistics every Sunday evening before the shift ends. Handle payroll queries during handovers. Motivation & Leadership: Support and motivate team members. Lead by example to ensure shift coverage while adhering to the resourcing focus sheet. Individual Sales & Hours Booking Target Manage and meet targets for individual sales and hours bookings. Ensure shifts are adequately booked and managed. Shift Timings: Monday to Thursday: 12:00 – 21:00 (UK time) Friday: 10:00 – 18:00 / 12:00 – 21:00 (UK time) Weekend: 07:00 – 16:00 / 12:00 – 21:00 (UK time) Off Days: Varied from the following options: Monday & Tuesday Tuesday & Wednesday Wednesday & Thursday Commissions/Incentives: Eligibility for commissions and incentives will be determined after completing the probationary period (TBC).
