About Us:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Develop job postings and share them on relevant job portals and social media.
• Assist in onboarding and follow-up of new employees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
