Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur
Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Recruiter to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in core recruitment, end-to-end hiring, and candidate sourcing through multiple channels. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing relevant profiles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across industries.
• Understand client requirements and create clear and accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, references, networking, and databases.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in core recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of current hiring trends and recruitment best practices.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• HR specialization preferred but not mandatory.
