Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking.2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.4. Providing feedback to candidates after interviews and managing communication throughout the hiring process.5. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.7. Negotiating offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients.8. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.9. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.10. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes and strategies.Preferred candidate profile :-2 to 6 years of experience in Non-IT & IT recruitmentProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a consultancy firm or staffing agency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and social media networks.Flexibility and adaptability to work with different clients and industries.Perks and benefits :-Incentives over and above CTCWork Life BalanceSalary Range - 3LPA to 6 LPA
