✅ What We’re Looking For:

6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales / Volume / Bulk / Retail / Field Sales Hiring

Strong knowledge of sales profiles & high-pressure hiring

Excellent communication, networking & interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Manage recruitment for sales roles (Executives → Team Leaders)

Partner with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs

Source candidates via portals, social media, references & field hiring

Drive bulk, mass, and retail hiring with speed & efficiency

Screen candidates & coordinate interviews

Manage offer-to-joining & ensure smooth candidate experience

Maintain hiring metrics & pipelines
