Your role at Anther will involve: - Sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking. - Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. - Providing feedback to candidates post interviews and managing communication throughout the hiring process. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for present and future job openings. - Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. - Negotiating offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients. - Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. - Staying updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. - Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment processes. Ideal candidates for this role should have: - 1 to 6 years of experience in Non-IT & IT recruitment. - Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy firm or staffing agency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients. - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like applicant tracking systems and social media networks. - Flexibility to work with different clients and industries.
