Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for
Non-IT and IT roles
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media hiring, headhunting, and referrals
.
Conduct
telephonic interviews
to assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment.
Coordinate and schedule
client interviews
; ensure timely feedback and candidate engagement.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for future hiring requirements.
Collaborate with
hiring managers and clients
to understand job descriptions and role expectations.
Handle
salary negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding follow-ups
.
Ensure
timely closures
while maintaining high quality of hires.
Stay updated on
industry trends, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

16 years of experience in
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting
.
Experience in
Non-IT and IT hiring
; exposure to
FMCG, Media, BFSI, or E-commerce
roles is a plus.
Prior experience in a
consultancy or staffing agency
preferred.
Excellent
communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
.
Hands-on experience with
ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and social media hiring tools
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
and manage multiple mandates.
