Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Recruiter at PCCS Logistics. The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill the company’s staffing needs. Additional duties include collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements, building candidate pipelines, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will play a key role in driving team growth and ensuring the company attracts top talent.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and conducting recruitment strategies
• Understanding of human resources and compliance with recruitment policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite
