Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for positions within the food industry
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and plant HR teams
Ensure
timely closure of positions
as per manpower requirements
Maintain and update
candidate database and recruitment trackers
Assist in
offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Support bulk and blue-collar hiring for
factory/plant operations
when required

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
HR, B Com., or related field
6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience
, preferably in
food/FMCG/manufacturing/Pharma.
Good understanding of
food industry roles and hiring cycles
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong
communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of
HR processes and documentation
