Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and create suitable job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle offer rollouts and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
• Build a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–1.5 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Good understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred.
