• End-to-end sourcing of candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring channels.
• Active headhunting to identify and attract niche and high-quality talent.
• Coordinating interviews, scheduling discussions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Managing stakeholders effectively and maintaining strong communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Coordination with external vendors and driving results through them.
• Handling recruitment for mid-level to senior-level positions across functions.
• Working on both technology and non-technology hiring requirements.
