Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Recruiter

with 2-7 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.
  • Drive offer management, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.
  • Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience in volume hiring, tech hiring, or diversity hiring.
  • Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
  • Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins, drives, hackathons).
  • Proactive and result-focused
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
