Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Gowell International, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases, create and post job advertisements, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding. This full-time role is based in Ernakulam and is specifically for residents of Kerala. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract qualified candidates - Conduct interviews and assess candidates - Coordinate with hiring managers - Manage the recruitment process efficiently - Maintain candidate databases - Write and post job advertisements - Provide an excellent candidate experience - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs effectively Qualifications: - Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing - Strong skills in Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Job Description Writing - Ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email Management - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Please note that this opportunity is exclusively for residents of Kerala and requires the willingness to work as per the Company's Plan and Vision.,
