You will be responsible for managing both campus and Experienced Professional (EP) hiring processes to attract the most distinctive talent to the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage high-volume applications, organize events, schedule interviews, and collaborate with campus teams for campus recruitment. - Analyze recruitment outcomes, benchmark results, and refine strategies to continuously improve effectiveness. - Design and implement sourcing strategies for EP hiring across diverse paths and skills. - Guide candidates and assessors throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication. - Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred. - 2 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in campus and professional hiring. - Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proficient in database management, pipeline monitoring, and KPI tracking. - Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships with senior leadership. **Additional Details:** Your role will be highly candidate-centric, as you will serve as a trusted counselor for candidates throughout the attraction, interview, offer, and cultivation stages, providing personalized attention and fostering a positive experience. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and third-party vendors, partnering with firm leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. By executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing high-volume processes, and fostering meaningful relationships, you will drive the firm's success while advancing your own professional growth.,
