About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organization. Office Location - Edapally, Kochin & Bangalor As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Manage talent sourcing & filtering based on JDs. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents Partner/Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and device sourcing strategies Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking within minimal stipulated time of 22 hours. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitments. Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment proces Participate in recruitment events and career fairs Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvements Eligibility Proven experience in full-cycle recruits Strong understanding of recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring manage Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a A proactive and results-oriented approach Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Demonstrated ability to source candidates through a variety of channels Experience in conducting behavioral-based interviews Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Show more Show less
